Sure, these seem expensive. But if you have water with a high mineral content like me, it's worth it to protect the guts of such an expensive piece of equipment. I buy all of the Jura cleaning products and they all work great. Compared to buying coffee products are shops, it's still much cheaper (and better) to make my own and maintain the Jura unit in peak condition.
