Simple straightforward espresso/cappuccino maker. Just works.



I went back to basic after using a Nespresso machine (a gift from someone) for a few months. Can't stand filling up the landfill with coffee pods. Of course, it's easier to just pop one in and hit a button. But with just a little bit of effort (it's amazing how lazy we've gotten) I can get really great coffee taste from a basic machine like this. Just make sure to use good espresso coffee, although I have found that cheaper (than Illy espresso) is just fine too. But make sure it's an espresso roast.



And this machine looks great on the counter top!
